it’s the fun of finding ways to send to the food to the food people. they then get it to those who need it. it’s a “valleylist” project that’s more than charity and less than a virtual world war.

 - – let’s move the food around to

salvation army [food and help for poor and homeless]

sacred heart [services and food for poor and homeless]

 - – high tech donations like computers and monitors go to

salvation army taylor street san jose

MAYOR OF THE WEEK Did Colin Powell swing through the capital of san jose this weekend just give the rasberries? It could be a push for democratic hopefuls everywhere with a big endorsement of Obama – - key ingredient is an internet service “divided we fail” . Powell is still hiding out in silicon valley and probably needs to be coaxed into picking up a political platform and candidacy with a focus on high tech.

Chuck Reed puts up a big number – - San Jose is $34 billion in debt. Deficit spending at the level of $34,000 debt per person.

While the next version of “valleylist” will feature the horrifying reality “green technology is already out” it’s the food people who need to reign supreme until 2009 finds people enjoying good food for a change.

Tom Means Mountainview Mayor of the week has had to solve the downtown problem. It’s find new things to do to keep the board members busy. Lately it’s all the Mountainview hot spots are still hot.

CONCLUSION San Jose Museum of Modern Art has a great new program – - road trip reviewed in the Metro 10.1.08 .

The Residentsbunny boy” was at the Rio Theatre Santa Cruz was not to be missed. world famous as the most unknown band in the world I was thrilled with their “one minute wonders” album and of course “Third Reich and Roll” . Lately they are famous for testing new food products on live test subjects. Also trying out new ways of keeping people in.
