ELECTRICITY is indexed as energy according to yahoo. most of us in the high tech sector think of electricity from the alternative fuel point of view. that’s the democratic agenda to eliminate dependency on foreign oil and replace non-renewable energy sources like coal and oil with renewable energy from solar powered electric or even nuclear powered electic utilities. instead the oil dependent economy is where things have stagnated. most exciting news. silicon valley invents the electric car worst news. solar and alternative energy sources still only account for less and 4% of the u.s.a.’s energy production.

with this version “valleylist” skips numbers 131 132 133 134 and just jumps out the window with everybody else at version 135.

the unbelievable has happened. “valleylist” canceled by facebook. the reason. ignored a warning. facebook says it’s time to get serious and get the “valleylist” project up and running with big time investors. in the way of course is the local law enforcement project to keep me “in” with the wrong people. reason. to avoid legal problems. call the attorney and file charges again. “valleylist” didn’t make it to the facebook hospital appointment.

the latest is valleylist_news on facebook. it’s the “avatar editions” with new publishing and federal regulatory activity.

the fcc fema the state dept and the fbi want to know what “valleylist” is going to do.

i say fire the “gang” for ruining everything and running a serious con on everybody. not entitled to anything. try the real hood instead. try the entertainment business model instead. anything other than “dead people” who immediatly let you know you are talking to the “wrong people”.

result is former sfpd chief earl “fajitagate” sanders and former sfpd chief heather “something ugly” fong in jail. cancel their agenda. no need to get away with a crime. these former law enforcement officials want to steal everything i have and claim it’s a special project. instead it’s official charges and official jail time all over again.

“valleylist” is launching the “valleylist” internet social group to stay ahead of the curve.

the old “valleylist” video data base is replaced by the new youtube videos. museums like the real world success of the youtube guggenheim project. internet companies like lots of new video content and new youtube members.

pandora droid is the droid app of the week. motorola droid is.the top selling cell phone according to the local verizon wireless.

american utilities are too small to matter on the world scene.

amazingly billion dollar electric utilities are not where the action is. here’s a sampling of america’s biggest power companies. consolidated edison* [$13B] american electric power* [$14B exelon* [$20B]. while immense in scope and client base the big oil companies probably dictate the world agenda for power generation and electric technology according to the top 10 electic utilities in the u.s.a.

electricity. with a large green power agenda and very little cooperation other than advertising “green” everywhere it’s the governement vs. the big oil companies and american utitlities. the governement is acting in the interest of the american consumer. regulatory agencies have a lot to say about power generation companies. puff pieces about solar such as largest solar power plant in mass about to start and pg&e signs 60-mw solar-power contract are indicative of the real problem.

lot’s of great looking projects going no where and getting no results.

electric power consumption by country reveals that the u.s.a. is still the world’s top power consumer and also the source of most innovation. yet the dependency on foreign oil has everybody confused. why foreign oil. to simply keep the factories going and the cars running every day. alternative energy sources says that france gets 70% of it’s electrical power from nuclear as opposed to fossil fuels. that’s a renewable energy source that causes little global warming and adds almost no pollution.

the agenda is to complete the transition to renewable energy sources in the united states. so far it’s just launch a lot of solar power or wind farms. it’s a lot of gloss and little factual success for alternative energy projects in the u.s.a.

let’s move to france and glow in the dark.

third reich and roll [1976] is yet anohter underground hit from san francisco conceptual art band “the residents”. their success is in hiding their true identity and wearing large eyeballs on their heads when seen in public. that way the mystery continues. it’s a cryptic corporation with virtual unknowns running the show. what’s fun is that almost every residents song leaves you wondering if it’s really music. i mean it sounds bizarre. live it’s a different story. absolutely conceptual art rock. they all appear too big to fit on the stage. the instruments are standard yet sound totally otherworldly. and every song sounds like a hit. live.

i used to hang around with the residents many years ago when i lived in san francisco just off the castro area. that’s when i was hardly doing anything interesting and mysterously found myself just one degree away from meeting mark mothersbaugh founder of devo and the infamous paul rubens just before pee wee herman became a world wide sensation. los angeles friend of a friend harry goetz fot a bit part as a sheriff in twin peaks. just one degree away from meeting david lynch. sf state left me just a degree away from meeting comedian dana “church lady” carvey.

these days “valleylist” looks very good and i can’t get a meeting with my agency. blame the local police and their “appointment” scandal. everything by appointment. it doesn’t work. nobody can get anything done. the police believe their people are right. in fact their people wish the police were eliminated.

i’m getting out of the way and sticking to publishing. that way the police can try to eliminate their own people.

the result is a few weeks of third reich and roll. that’s right. a big legal fight with the local police to get away from their excon people and actually close on the “valleylist” agency deal. i did get a phone call from the sf district attorney. time to file charges all over again. the phone company fiasco will not go away quietly.

i told everybody including organic i was in san francisco to sell out.

legal problems continue to dominate the local scene. ”valleylist” has had to continue to make legal decisions with the help of the sf district attorney’s office and federal authorities. all of this is fall out from the phone company. conclusions
    – - it’s not legal to drug and abduct people or eliminate people or force people to stay in
    – - the “gang” does not always get a deal instead they face charges and are incarcerated when needed

i’d rather finish up my sf business trip with the agency deal all wrapped up and the apple partnership to launch the whole eath catalogue of high tech.

salon or saloon. while working at the phone company in business development i was supposed to meet with <A title=”News Release: STATEMENT BY FCC CHAIRMAN REED HUNT ON DTV BUILD-OUT” href=”http://www.fcc.gov/Speeches/Hundt/spreh743.html” rel=nofollow target=_blank _mce_href=”http://www.fcc.gov/Speeches/Hundt/spreh743.html”>fcc director reed hunt. the meeting never happened though i did meet with all kinds of state and federal regulatory officials to obtain approval for a line-of-business modification to sell electronic advertising. i would have liked to have closed the deal with reed hunt during a brief meeting and a cup of coffee.

instead it was endless process and no results.

this week was a big winner for san francisco. halloween 10.31 followed by the giants winning the world series. the very next day was election day. they day after was the giants parade.

all ruined because of the local police needed to arrest people on election day.

i’d say that’s enough of trying to follow in tom ridge’s footsteps. there’s little to be gained by a real criminal government.the republican party is still messing around with a “bad d central”.

i’d stop there. really.

instead of the bush-cheney project i recommend the entertainment industry version of the food and event business. while it’s a highly competitive and difficult there is no interest in eliminating people for no reason. keeping people alone until they “give it up” what gets people arrested. the phoney law enforcement version from “bad d central” is a deadly hoax designed to fleece everybody.

until the “gang” is forced to stop.

so my sejour in san francisco is all law enforcement and very little real business.

the fcc says that the local police need to resolve the hal logan problem. over 20 years old and still keeping everybody squealing in pain it’s former phone company exec hal logan and the city of oakland the hood the former chief of police richard word and the oakland police. the objective. eliminate mckenna.

the fcc says the police should have solved problem long time ago instead of making things worse.

fema showed up to implement a federal crack down on local police and fbi problems. some “gang” decided to turin the food and event business over to the gangs resulting in endless wars and arrests. no real food or event business to show for the multi-billion dollar investment from the federal government. federal agents are upset. still the “special project” goes on eliminating people.

the fbi has a list of certain people in law enforcement on their way out because of being too hooded up. these “hood” senior execs include former sjpd chief robert davis former fbi chief robert mueller former fremont chief craig steckler vacaville chief richard word former berkeley chief roy meisner and their “hood” people [everybody from bill long to tom harley all the way to willie brown and earl sanders].

democrats look very good in california and nationally. need to add liberal republicans in congress to new consensus group.

the planned review of salon didn’t happen yet. too many legal and law enforcement problems. even a simple meeting to pick up a new yahoo project is too much. unresolved legal problems mean get an attorney. in the meantime i just defer to the local district attorney kamala harris who says

let’s rock.
