THE REIGN OF TERROR READING LIST lay buried beneath only 4 feet of sea sediment. to erik prince the 15,000 year old manuscript could only have risen to the surface sediment because of earthquake or the erosion caused by one ice age after the other. predating egyptian hieroglyphics the “reading list” was a clue to an ancient civilization more advanced than atlantis. yet the video exploration from the submersible revealed a stone chamber surrounded by egyptian roman greek and hellenic ruins. an ancient harbor submerged by and instantaneous earthquake or volcano? the ancient water craft was destroyed and had arranged itself as remnants of great ships. the ruined harbor however appeared perfectly preserved.
instructions from the dead sea scrolls pinpointed the stopping point for pre-hellenic law that then became the basis for roman and then western european legal statues regarding the rights of man.
“mankind is forced to exist in certain obvious boundaries. for example it’ll never be legal to eliminate people. also it’ll never be legal to rip people off. the effort from the “gang” to declare themselves the winner after nothing happened is unacceptable. it is not now and will never be legal.
as political and technological beings mankind needs to be able to leave. the example is heading for a foreign village such as boston logan harbor [take off from boston logan] you cannot keep people who don’t want to stay. also people need to be able to “fail” a test of their social standing and keep their jobs. the example is communications oracles who work too late and overdrink yet are welcome at work the next day.
the likelyhood of any self appointed “gang” creating their own civilization based on a bizarre set of “hood” rules then replacing the “good” people is not possible. in fact it is already decided with the “good” people finally winning in public office and in business and in the economy.”
at 17 miles below the water’s surface the “reading list” remains inaccessible to any ordinary diver. as the submersible approached the 15th mile below the surface the underwater darkness became impenetrable. high intensity spot lights focused only in the entrance to the underwater cave marked “go no further”. the live video transmitted electronically to the surface by the stand alone submersible was a grainy black and white image of unfamiliar unfamiliar architecture and indecipherable symbols. “go no further” was the long sought after destination mentioned many times in the ancient bible and described in detail in the dead sea scrolls. were the inscriptions actually as horrific as interpreters and philosophers thought? the erik prince objective was to confirm the message from centuries ago that man’s limits were financial or intellectual they are in fact political and technological.
palo alto from pre-hellenic civilization was electing public officials like mayor larry klein who always depicted himself “on vacation?” some say the city was actually run by technocrats like larry ellison who amassed great wealth. with libraries and public lecture series on favorite subjects such as home architecture the city resembled a roman village only carved from the indiginous rock formations instead of built from imported marble. not only enjoying wealth beyond measure the city hosted charitable events such as “let’s move the food around” to include the poor as well as put their master chefs to the test of inventing yet another new great feast. with a continuous influx of new people as well as sending problem people out to conquer new lands the city remained prosperous and elite and ruled the entire region.
retrieved through a complicated pre-programmed computer algorithm the “reading list” hung motionless in the dark lifeless water at 17 miles below sea level. tarnished and broken open from centuries of exposure to the ocean the gold case containing the “reading list” was tucked neatly into the submersible’s cargo bay and then slowly transported to the surface.
clive cussler needed to remind erik prince to slow the submersible’s ascent to avoid damage to the priceless artifact. cussler appeared only to guide erik prince and the blackwater team of experts when cataclysmic problems required the intervention of an authority.
the gold case made it safely to the surface with the submersible. a large crane was used to lift the object to the deck of the blackwater exploration vessle. the object was in fact a library document describing the contents of each book that described the “reign of terror“ invented by the pre-hellenic city to entertain themselves. it would appear that only the cover of each book could be saved by the ancient archaeologists. it is a “valleylist” project to work from the book covers and actually locate the library books describing the “reign of terror“. each cover depicts and describes a horrifying vision of the future of mankind.
in the media erik prince would describe “go no further” as the ultimate impossible objective finally attained.
